AllSpice is building a hardware development and collaboration platform (software for hardware design review, automated test, and AI-assisted workflows). The company is remote-first with flex offices in Somerville, MA and San Francisco. Hiring roles include: Director of Infrastructure — own infrastructure stack, security posture, and compliance (Linux, Terraform, Docker, SOC 2); Principal Software Engineer — build and optimize a Rust-based parsing engine for ECAD file formats (low-level binary parsing, performance); Head of Growth — scale enterprise demand and pipeline generation.
