Kato is building an AI-powered servicing platform that automates critical workflows across every channel with full compliance and best-in-class recoveries. They are starting with a compliance-first Voice AI agent that handles outbound and inbound loan servicing calls and are in production with fintech customers like Bilt Rewards and Parafin. The role is a Founding GTM Strategy & Operations hire to build operational machinery to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine, working directly with the CEO to build sales motion, strengthen brand, and create leverage across go-to-market. Requirements include 1–2 years of experience in consulting or startups, prior outbound sales (BDR/SDR) or sales operations experience strongly preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Onsite in San Francisco.
