CareMessage

Lead the technical direction of CareMessage's messaging platform handling SMS, voice, and multimedia delivery. Design delivery pipelines, build consent management workflows, architect Twilio integration layers, and address messaging-at-scale concerns such as retry logic, opt-out compliance (TCPA, A2P 10DLC), delivery optimization, and AI-driven message categorization. Role includes owning complex features end-to-end, mentoring engineers, shared team lead responsibilities, and working on infrastructure impacting patient outcomes at safety-net healthcare organizations.
