Decise

Decise is a hands-on advisory and delivery firm working with executives to define and build software, data platforms, analytics, and customer-facing products. The role is a principal-level technologist who moves between engineering, architecture, and client strategy. Most time is spent building systems and writing production code; remaining time advising executives to shape technical direction and ensure business value. The team is small and senior; strong candidates typically have 10–15 years of experience. This is a long-term, full-time independent contractor engagement (1099).
