Mental health 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a care navigation platform. AI-native team using LLM-powered data enrichment workflows and agent coding teams. Role owns significant architecture and ships across full stack: NestJS backend, Next.js frontend, and data pipelines for provider and condition data. Will shape engineering culture and hiring as the first full-time engineering hire in the office. Startup pace; experience with data-heavy consumer products (search, marketplaces, health tech) is a strong plus. Onsite in NYC. Compensation $225-250K.
