Common Prefix is a science-first blockchain consulting company (30-person team of scientists and engineers) making blockchains usable for mainstream users. Hiring software engineers, auditors, and support engineers. Software engineers should solve problems, learn cryptography, and work from first principles. Auditors should read and write low-level cryptographic implementation code, consensus, or smart contracts/DeFi. Support engineers (junior to early-mid) will monitor live systems, respond to partner/user issues, triage/debug, and escalate. Tech stack mainly Rust. Open role links provided.
