Ford is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and enhance Agentic triage software to drive automated and fast response times and lower MTTX. The role involves hands-on work to ensure reliability and scalability of systems, collaborating with a global SRE team and fostering continuous improvement. Most code is in Python and Go hosted on Kubernetes. The environment uses Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, GCP, and both traditional and in-house LLM-based AI tools/MCP. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
