Pennylane is hiring a Machine Learning Manager (remote or hybrid from Paris) to lead a team of ~5 Machine Learning & Data Engineers within a 15+ person ML & AI function in the Data department (50+ people). Responsibilities include contributing technically across the ML lifecycle (training, tuning, deployment, inference, experimentation, monitoring), collaborating with Product Managers, growing the team and setting culture/processes, and working closely with data and software engineers to deploy end-to-end solutions with direct user impact.
