Support Engineer: use Claude, Codex, or Shelley to search and augment the codebase with scoped API keys to improve customers' lives. Designer: use Claude/Codex/Shelley to make the product functional and beautiful and ship directly to production. Software Engineer: design, build, and run entire subsystems with attention to product detail and overall architecture; agents assist with writing code. Small, high-trust team expected to own and solve large projects. Compensation for experienced candidates is over $200,000 plus meaningful equity.
