Description

Phaselaw is building an AI-native eDiscovery platform for in-house legal and privacy teams. Seed-stage company working with large enterprises and rapidly growing. The role is a Support Engineer working with the growing customer base in the UK and Europe. You will report to a cofounder, work across the team to ensure customers get the most value from the product, and have a high-ownership, high-impact role touching all parts of the customer lifecycle with opportunities to grow in customer-facing and technical directions.
