Adobe is building a Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) operating at extremely large scale, managing trillions of events and solving complex state problems in real time. The role focuses on distributed systems, high-throughput streaming, identity resolution at scale, and sub-millisecond data retrieval. Core tech includes Java, Scala, Spring Boot; compute/streaming with Spark and Flink on Kubernetes; storage/messaging with Kafka, FoundationDB, Aerospike, Cosmos DB, Delta Lake; infrastructure across multi-cloud (Azure/AWS), Docker, and vector DBs. Seeking engineers with strong concurrency and performance tuning skills, deep JVM knowledge, and architecture experience running Flink/Kafka/Spark under massive load.
