Expanding into case tracking, follow-ups, and workflow automation. Open roles: AI Engineer (4-6 years experience in AI/ML engineering), Tech Lead (lead senior team, shape product and tech, work closely with founders), SRE / DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer (CI/CD and Kubernetes).
