We send 40M+ emails and SMS per month, handle billions of customer data points, and provide real-time integrations with Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Shopify, and 20+ others. Hiring multiple engineering roles across pods (Platform & Services, Frontend/Fullstack, and Data). Responsibilities include owning core services and data pipelines for high-throughput ingestion and real-time integrations; shipping customer-facing features end-to-end; leading platform/infrastructure/integration pods and coaching the team as part of engineering leadership; designing and owning a cloud-native big data platform for audience data and billions of interactions as part of a founding team.
