Who we are: We're reimagining what mortgage underwriting looks like in a world where engineers and operators gain leverage through the use of modern agentic AI. We're at the forefront of using AI tools to hack our own workflow, and to build automation and tools for our clients. We currently work with 8 of the top 20 mortgage lenders in the country. NewRez lending, a publicly-traded, top-5 lender, recently selected us to be a cornerstone of their AI underwriting strategy. Who You Are: Talented, motivated individuals who tolerate ambiguity and can bridge the gap between business use cases and engineered solutions. We're looking for engineers who can work directly with the CTO/Co-Founder and a small group of SF-based engineers/PMs—specifically a strong Frontend/Design engineer and a Backend engineer. We've hired from HN in the past and are continuing to recruit.
