Greenhouse is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the Data Experience team (7 people) owning the user-facing reporting and analytics product. Role includes leading strategy for customer data visualizations, collaborating with Product and Design, and managing cross-functional work. Requirements include 5+ years as a product-focused full-stack software engineer, 1+ year of people management experience, deep understanding of RESTful API design and distributed systems, proficiency in modern languages/frameworks (preferably Ruby/Rails, JS, TS, React), and knowledge of SDLC fundamentals. Remote in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. Sponsorship is not available.
