Clutch is building an automated videographer and coaching experience for padel players. The role is for Head of AI, responsible for deploying AI models to production with strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision and video understanding. Requires proficiency with MLOps, including dataset and annotation design, model versioning, continuous evaluation, and training/testing. Experience with on-device model deployment is a plus.
