Description

Sage is a senior-living technology platform that connects care management, staffing, and analytics to improve clinical and operational outcomes. The platform includes a caregiver-facing care app, EHR integrations, AI-powered data and recommendations for staffing and level-of-care decisions, analytics and reporting, and integrations with nurse-call and life-safety hardware. It is designed for use across the continuum of senior care (independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing) to reduce response times and fall-related hospitalizations, improve caregiver satisfaction, and drive financial performance for communities. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales team, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with senior care communities across the country. You’ll work closely with our CEO, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a strategic sales plan, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business and expansion opportunities. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves selling, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to accelerate their craft quickly. What You'll Do: Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation, and close; Build and manage a strong pipeline within Assisted Living/Senior Living markets; Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders at target communities; Partner closely with the broader team to refine messaging, process, and go-to-market strategy; Bring a “challenge the status quo” mindset and help prospects understand the business impact of modernizing care delivery.
