Teamtailor

Teamtailor is a bootstrapped scale-up based in Stockholm with ~600 employees and a Product/Engineering team of ~60. They build an ATS with AI at the core and launched AI-enabled features in 2023. They are looking for fullstack developers experienced integrating LLMs to help build AI-enabled recruitment features. Role can be remote for EU-based candidates or hybrid in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Linköping. Tech stack includes Ruby on Rails, Ember.js and TypeScript; team uses the Shape Up method.
