Everyone has at least one frustrating experience when it comes to dealing with customer service - the long wait times, needing to repeat your problem to multiple people, the elevator music that plays when you're on hold...the list goes on! Luckily, Kustomer is disrupting the industry and building a platform that focuses on treating customers as humans, not as ticket numbers. We're actively looking to grow our engineering team and seeking a senior frontend engineer to focus on our React.js frontend, and mentor members of the frontend team.
