We’re hiring senior backend engineers who want end-to-end ownership: drive projects from problem framing → architecture → shipping incremental improvements → measurement and iteration, partnering closely with product, design, and clinical. What you’ll own: Lead critical initiatives end-to-end with team members; make pragmatic architecture decisions and raise the bar on quality (observability, performance, correctness); coach and lead through influence (reviews, design docs, unblocking, setting standards); ship in small slices with measurable outcomes (not big-bang rewrites).
