Curie

Curie is a telehealth platform combining clinical expertise with AI to deliver personalized, accessible care. Team includes ex-founders, clinicians, and engineers from Stanford, Harvard, UCLA, Berkeley, and AWS. The role is for an AI Engineer to own the microservice layer powering clinical AI: agentic intake workflows, RAG pipelines grounded in medical guidelines, session/memory management for long-running clinical agents, and HIPAA-grade observability and safety guardrails. You will shape the AI architecture of a healthcare product from the ground up. Looking for 5+ years engineering experience, production AI/ML experience, LLMs in production (prompting, structured output, evals), RAG and agentic patterns, and comfort across Go, Python, and cloud. Bonus: FHIR/HL7, fine-tuning, healthcare AI background, startup experience.
