Adclear

Adclear is building real-time multi-agent AI pipelines to evaluate regulated marketing content for clients like Monzo, Lloyds, PensionBee, and Plum. The role reports to the CTO and AI engineers and involves owning how these systems evolve in production while shipping across the full stack. The team is six engineers. The stack includes TypeScript, React, React Router v7, Tailwind, shadcn/ui; Hono on Cloudflare Workers, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL (Neon); Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph; and GitHub Actions. Day-to-day tools include Cursor, Claude Code and Greptile. Position is based in London with a hybrid schedule (4 days/week onsite).
