Impact Upgrade

Impact Upgrade solely focuses on nonprofits and mission-driven business. We're looking for an individual to act as a linchpin for our software engineering services and to oversee our suite of products. Serve our clients, own the team's software delivery, help define best practices, design architecture, and remain hands-on as the lead developer. We do have specialties and tools we often reach for, but we strive to be flexible generalists. So although there are a few arenas that would be useful to have in your background (hit the ground running), we don't expect you to have commanding experience with everything. More valuable to us is your discipline, pragmatic approach, ability to quickly learn, and ownership over a variety of stacks and efforts.
