4-person non-profit building OpenCouncil, an AI platform that makes Greek municipal council meetings accessible: searchable per-topic video clips, notifications, and speaker analytics. Live with 10 municipalities including Athens; open source. Stack includes TypeScript, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and heavy use of LLMs for transcription, speaker ID, and structuring unstructured documents. Seeking candidates with 2+ years experience, strong web development skills, fluent in Greek and English, must be based in or willing to relocate to Athens. Bonus for strengths in data engineering/LLM integration or frontend/UX.
