Requirements: solid fundamentals in systems thinking and software engineering; fluent in Python, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or similar; shipped real products or systems people use; can communicate across technical and non-technical teams. Worked at companies/products of global scale and at least one startup-like environment (startup or internal incubator). Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
